The rooms were large and comfortable. The gardens around the hotel were maintained to a very high standard, and looked great at night. The beach was a short walk from the main pool area and I could access the local town along the promenade.
The hotel is a bit dated but clean and the grounds are well kept. I found it difficult to find something to eat on the odd day and I would have preferred a wider variety of vegetarian food. The staff are friendly, but there is a language barrier since most do not speak English, little interaction.

The hotel boasts gorgeous gardens and sits right on the quieter end of the beach. i asked for a room closer to the beach. The reception team quickly accommodated my request! i enjoyed a revitalizing peppermint massage at the spa, it prepared me perfectly for my flight home. also, i bought souvenirs at the souk bazaar located inside the complex.
the buffet area lacked proper ventilation, with so many live cooking stations, it became a bit smoky at times. this was quite uncomfortable. it's a shame because the food itself was excellent.

the hotel is located at the quieter end of the beach. it is also close to sand dunes, a feature contributing to a more nothing noisy! the souk el had is nearby, giving easy access to local shopping.

The complex includes gorgeous gardens with banana trees, a rose garden, and hibiscus flowers. there is a staff training school on site, ensuring service is always improving. there is a souk bazaar within the complex! the hotel has a nice pool area with sunbeds.

I found the staff to be charming, polite, and very helpful ! the bartenders were engaging and efficient, ensuring drinks were always served quickly. the reception team facilitated my room request. They quickly moved me closer to the beach.

Fantastic stay, great resort!

I found the grounds very well maintained and fabulous. The whole resort promotes calm bliss, also the city outside is fantastic. Meals had great choices, and the presentation was superb. I played some padel, fun, also the app allowed easy activity bookings. I found plenty of comfy seating and the public toilets remained super clean.
I noticed a language barrier. Most staff do not speak English, so interaction was minimal. The shows seemed more tailored for German guests. This led to some isolation and less enjoyment of the entertainment.

My room was huge , also very clean. It was well maintained throughout my stay. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was always hot, so this was very pleasant.

The food was amazing. I found so much to choose from. Everything tasted fresh. The staff were attentive and cleaned up plates quickly, which I appreciated.

The pool area had plenty of sunbeds, also more near the beach. Pools and surrounding areas were cleaned every morning. The hotel has a private beach, so that was very convenient for me.
